The course was inaugurated by Dr. S Suman, Commissioner of Income Tax at JRD Tata Sports Complex, Jamshedpur.
It will take place for five days from 14th-18th June and will be attended by 24 men and 6 women Indian referees.
Mr Masoud Enayat (Iran), Ahmed Khalid (Malayasia) and FIFA Regional Development Officer Mr. Muhiseen Ariff (Sri Lanka) are the course instructors from FIFA.
