An upmarket commercial area and residential township, which caters more to the middle/upper-middle class. Most of the city's showrooms and popular restaurants are situated here on the high street. Commands the highest real estate prices. Ram Das Bhatta, South Park, Contractors' Area and Northern Town are the residential parts of Bistupur. Ram Das Bhatta is one of the oldest colonies in the city.
