Tata Steel MD HM Nerurkar Honoured With The CEO of The Year Award-2011

Managing Director of Tata Steel Mr HM Nerurkar has been honoured with the CEO of the Year Award-2011 by Indian Institute of Materials Management (IIMM). The award was handed over to Mr Nerurkar by Mr Shivaji Sinha, Chairman of IIMM Jamshedpur branch, amidst the CEOs and senior executives of various companies and other eminent personalities of Jamshedpur

While receiving the award, Mr Nerurkar said, “I consider myself to be honoured and priviledged to receive such a prestigious award. I would like to appreciate IIMM’s endeavors of keeping a subject like material management quite active and popular in Jamshedpur. However, I must mention that it wouldn’t have been possible for me to make this achievement without the thorough support of my colleagues who have always stood by me under every circumstance. I thank IIMM for considering me worthy of receiving this prestigious award.”
