TATA Steel's Gandhi Envelope in 1969

TATA Steel, formely known as The Tata Iron and Steel Company Ltd (TISCO), in 1969 released an envelope in the memory of Mahatma Gandhi on this 100th birth anniversary.

The nevelope reads "When an individual has more than his proportionate portion, he must become a trustee of that portion for God’s people", a popular saying by Gandhiji.

Salary was paid to employee in these envelopes.
